Food Hygiene Certificate Safety Temperature

Ornella Whelan‘s insight:

This resource is a good visual representation of the safe temperatures for food storage and preparation.  This resource could be used to introduce the concept of safety procedures in food handling.  Moreover, the resource would be a helpful quick reference during the reinforcement stage of student learning.  The resource is supportive of the Australian Curriculum Year 5 and 6 Content Description stating that students apply safe procedures when using a variety of materials, components, tools, equipment and techniques to make design solutions (ACARA, 2014).
